True for adult, though not true for mainstream. I think the rules for adult just need to be entirely different, it's a different field and trying to treat it with the same algo is just meaningless.
Maybe they are though; things like time-on-site can be considered relevant measure for an adult site, which gets no 'real' links. But then tubes win! :-(

True about brand, working on that now. Had a sort of brand recognisable years ago, but it's withered due to lack of care.
